Privacy Policy

1. General
This Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to the galery.uz website (the "Site") is processed and protected.
Data controller: Galereya Best, address: 38A Abdulla Qodiriy Street, Tashkent (the "Company", "we").
The Policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019 and other legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
By submitting a request through the Site you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to your data being processed on the terms described here.
2. What data we collect
Through the request form — only what you provide yourself:
- your name or how you wish to be addressed;
- phone number;
- email address — if you choose to give one;
- the text of your enquiry.
Automatically, in the web server's technical logs:
- IP address and the country derived from it — used to open the Site in a suitable language;
- browser type and language, the page requested, date and time of the request.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, religious beliefs, biometrics), we do not use web analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not obtain data about you from third-party sources.
3. Cookies
The Site uses a single cookie, lang, which stores the language you selected
so that the same version opens on your next visit. It contains no personal data, is not
used for tracking, and is stored in your browser for one year. You can delete it in your
browser settings — the Site will continue to work.
4. Why we process your data
- to contact you and answer your enquiry;
- to advise on range, availability and prices, and help with quantity calculations;
- to agree terms and fulfil a delivery, if the enquiry becomes an order;
- to keep an internal record of enquiries: each request becomes a task for the responsible manager so that it is not lost.
We do not use your data for marketing mailings, and we do not share or sell it to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the relevant box and submit the request form; without the tick the form is not sent. You may withdraw consent at any time — see section 9.
6. Who we share data with
We do not share your data with third parties, except:
- where expressly required by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan — on a reasoned request from an authorised state body;
- the cloud infrastructure provider whose servers run the Site. It acts solely as technical hosting and does not use the data for its own purposes.
7. Where data is stored
Requests are stored in a database on a cloud infrastructure server physically located in: Germany (Frankfurt am Main). Data is transmitted to and from the Site over the secure HTTPS protocol.
8. How long we keep data
- requests and related correspondence — 3 years from the date of the last contact, after which they are deleted;
- web server technical logs containing IP addresses — no more than 14 days;
- if you withdraw consent — we delete the data within a reasonable period, except data we are required by law to retain.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you, where it came from and how it is used;
- request correction, blocking or deletion of data that is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or obtained unlawfully;
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- complain about our actions to the authorised state body or to a court.
Contact us at info@galery.uz. We will consider your request within the time limits set by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. So that we can identify you, please include the name and phone number you gave in your original request.
10. How we protect data
- the Site runs over HTTPS — form data is transmitted encrypted;
- only Company staff can access requests, through an internal portal with individual accounts and role-based permissions;
- the internal portal can only be accessed from the Company network;
- the form is protected against automated submissions and rate-limited.
11. Minors
The request form is not intended for persons under 18. If a minor has submitted a request without the consent of a legal representative, please tell us and we will delete the data.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may amend this Policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the update date shown at the top. Material changes do not apply retroactively to data already collected.
